1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phokd.cam ("phokd", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all gaming services, software, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by phokd. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with phokd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. phokd strictly prohibits underage gambling in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. We employ age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify compliance. Any accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and funds confiscated without recourse.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Capacity

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local, state, or national law. You represent that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. You are not prohibited from accessing our Services by any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal impediment. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of phokd Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Requirement

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account with phokd. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination. phokd employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void all wagers, forfeit bonuses, and confiscate any funds associated with prohibited accounts.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from accessing or using phokd Services: (a) employees, officers, directors, contractors, or consultants of phokd or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members or household residents of prohibited persons listed in subsection (a); (c) game providers, software suppliers, payment processors, or other business partners of phokd and their immediate family members; (d) individuals who have previously been banned or self-excluded from phokd; (e) persons acting on behalf of other individuals or entities; (f) professional players or syndicates engaged in coordinated betting activities designed to exploit bonuses, promotions, or system vulnerabilities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number registered in your name, and email address. You agree to immediately update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share, disclose, or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify phokd of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse of your account credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify us of unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification

phokd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of routine security procedures. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (bank account statements, e-wallet screenshots). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your phokd account using any of the payment methods displayed in your account cashier section, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods we may introduce from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as specified for each payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party payment processor performance. phokd does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

You warrant that all funds used to fund your phokd account are legally obtained and belong exclusively to you. You may not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity, illegal sources, or third parties. phokd reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to refuse, freeze, or return deposits that we reasonably suspect violate money laundering regulations or these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your phokd account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully verified and compliant with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures; (b) you have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses or promotions received; (c) the withdrawal amount meets minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified for each payment method; (d) the withdrawal method matches a payment method you have previously used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our financial team.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended for security reviews, verification procedures, or technical issues beyond our control. phokd reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, particularly for large withdrawal amounts exceeding PHP 100,000. We do not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, excessive withdrawal activity (more than five withdrawals per day) may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

4.3 Currency

All financial transactions on phokd are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method that operates in a different currency, the transaction will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction, which may include currency conversion fees imposed by the payment provider.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Obligations

You agree to use phokd Services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the generally accepted rules and practices of online gaming. You must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unfair gaming practices, including but not limited to: (a) collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; (b) use of automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers; (c) exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; (d) chip dumping, whereby players intentionally lose to transfer chips or funds to other accounts; (e) advantage play strategies designed to exploit bonuses or promotions beyond their intended purpose; (f) any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

5.2 Game Rules and Results

Each game available on phokd operates according to specific rules published within the game interface or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables, and mechanics of any game before placing real-money wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical actions recorded via video stream. Game results are final and binding once officially confirmed by the game system. phokd reserves the right to void wagers in cases of clear software malfunction, technical error, or violation of game rules.

5.3 Betting Limits

phokd imposes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game, which may vary based on game type, player status, or promotional conditions. Failure to comply with promotional terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

Upon account termination for cause, phokd reserves the right to void pending wagers, forfeit bonus funds, withhold winnings derived from prohibited activities, and confiscate account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any remaining legitimate funds will be returned to the player after deduction of amounts owed to phokd.

8.2 Your Right to Close Account

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited, pending wagers will be settled according to their normal rules, and your remaining account balance will be available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, audio, video, and other materials displayed on or available through phokd Services are the exclusive property of phokd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHOKD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF PHOKD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE P OSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PHOKD'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phokd, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your use or misuse of phokd Services; (e) any false or misleading information you provide to phokd; (f) your willful misconduct or negligence.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phokd Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.2 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding phokd Services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the dispute through formal written communication to our designated complaints department. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and phokd regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by phokd of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any failure by phokd to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. phokd may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.5 Force Majeure

phokd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
